Dr. Chayma Erraja is an Associate Professor at the School of Finance and Trade, Wenzhou Business College (WZBC), specializing in Business Administration with a focus on environmental management and sustainable business practices.

 Her research explores themes of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance, eco-innovation, circular economy, and corporate finance and accounting. She has published in these fields and actively integrates sustainability principles into her teaching and research.

Prior to joining WZBC, Dr. Erraja served as a lecturer in International Business, Economics, and Cross-Cultural Negotiation, where she developed a strong foundation in global management education.

Beyond academia, she gained valuable industry experience working with a multinational holding company, where she was responsible for sourcing raw materials from China and managing export operations to various international markets. This blend of academic insight and professional expertise informs her approach to teaching, emphasizing the connection between theory, practice, and global sustainability.
