Dr. León Prieto has more than five years of experience in English and Spanish teaching and has published over five academic papers and collaborations in collective indexed works. Besides, he has taught Basic Spanish core courses at college level. Regarding his research focus, he has focused on topics such as the medical humanities, concretely, on the analysis of texts related to the issues of mental health, suicide, or pain, apart from others like the corporal representations and the maturation process. He is also interested in fields like the poetry, the relationship between cinema and literature or the creative writing.
